About the company
Our client is a highly regarded organization in its industry, with a strong brand name and long standing reputation. To cope with its current business needs, they are now looking for facilities management talent to join and help manage their premium properties in Hong Kong.
About the role
As a key leader in the facilities management team, you will be overseeing the maintenance and efficient operation of their premium properties in Hong Kong. Responsibilities include facility upkeep, project management, and regulatory compliance. Your strong technical expertise, leadership and strategic planning skills will be beneficial to this role for ensuring a safe and efficient operation and environment.
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree or above in Property Management, Facilities Management or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience of which 10 years at managerial level in sizeable organization
- Professional membership in RPHM, CIH, HKIFM, HKIH or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
- Business proficient in written and verbal English, Chinese and Mandarin
