About the company
Our client is a well established financial institution with a significant presence in Hong Kong, Mainland China and APAC. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Manager to look after the facilities and property management of their self owned and managed premises.
About the role
As a Senior Manager of the facilities management department, you will be managing a variety of support services to enhance operational efficiency of the company’s self owned premises, in areas like facilities’ maintenance, upgrades and renovation, leasing, security, cleaning etc. You will be managing external service vendors, handling associated documentation and reports which complied to company policies, handling budgeting of facilities management related activities etc.
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree or above in Facilities Management, Property Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of facilities / property management experience in office / commercial properties; candidates with prior experience working in sizeable chinese enterprise is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
- Proficient written and verbal English, Chinese and Mandarin
