My client is a leading insurance company. With their fast-growing business, they are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager for their finance team.

Report to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the monthly financial reporting process of Asia;
• Reviewing financial statements and handling statutory audit to ensure compliance with local regulatory reporting requirement;
• Managing the group and regulatory financial reporting obligations;
• Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of consolidated local business unit deliverables to Group Head Office at each reporting period end ;
• Assisting with the delivery of consolidated IFRS financial reporting deliverables to Group Finance as well as preparing consolidated reports for management information and regional audit purposes;
• Handling the account reconciliation process in Asia to ensure its compliance and standardization across different countries;
• Preparing ad-hoc financial analysis and assisting with projects to help manage and strengthen the financial reporting process.

Requirements:

• University graduates in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines.

• Over 8 years relevant experience gained from the financial services environment/ banks/ insurance companies.

• Open minded and willing to take up new challenges.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (includes Putonghua).
