Our client is a leading manufacturing company with business across the globe. They are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance to drive financial operations and support the company's growth
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Establish and enforce financial policies to ensure compliance and integrity
- Supervise the preparation of accurate financial reports for stakeholders
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance for regional business
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards
- Monitor cash flow to support operational needs and investment decision
- Manage and mentor a finance team to achieve departmental goals
- Collaborate with other departments to drive efficiency and achieve business objectives
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or business related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing industry, candidate with big 4 experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards as well as cost accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good commands of both written and spoken in Chinese and English
