Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
Oversee and lead financial planning, analysis, and management reporting functions within the organization.
- Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Provide insightful analysis on financial performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and cost optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or business related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing industry, candidate with big 4 experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards as well as cost accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good commands of both written and spoken in Chinese and English
