- Oversee HR administration, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Act as the key liaison between leadership and the local HR team.
- Manage a team of HR & admin. professionals
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Implement HR best practices for talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Support business growth by developing HR strategies that align with company goals.
skills & experiences required.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in HR administration (mandatory).
- Background in SME or startup environments preferred.
- International exposure is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
