As a Senior HR Manager, you will

-Manage all local HR operations and administration
-Develop, enhance and implement appropriate HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives
-Partner with executive leadership and key operations leaders on the development of a workforce strategy and executable plan
-Act as the key advisor on all employee relations issues and effectively communicate to all levels of employee relation matters
-Facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes
-Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
-Lead team member to oversee the day-to-day operations of HR in support of the employee life cycle – onboarding and offboarding, development, performance management, exiting and mobility
-Ensure the organization's talent management practices align with industry best practices and contribute to the overall success of the businessskills & experiences required.
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-10-15 years of progressive supervisory and management experience
-Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team to achieve goals
-Strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams
-Demonstrated proficiency in performance management, including coaching, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews
-Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
-Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration within a team and across departments
