Our client is a well-established institutional organization with a strong reputation for excellence. With a focus on continuous improvement and organizational success, they are now seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to take the lead on key HR functions and contribute to their strategic goals.about the job.
- Manage and oversee core HR operations, including staff development, training programs, performance appraisals, staff engagement, recognition, and employee relations.
- Guide and support a collaborative team to ensure efficient HR operations and administration.
- Provide operational support to high-level committees, particularly in areas related to staff development and training.
- Participate in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, systems, and guidelines to support organizational goals.
- Conduct needs analysis, lead training initiatives, and evaluate outcomes to ensure effective staff development strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and handle other HR-related assignments as required.
skills & experiences required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant HR experience at a supervisory level, preferably gained in universities, government bodies, or large organizations.
- The ability to lead and collaborate with people effectively while managing HR functions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the capability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels.
- A proactive and innovative approach to developing and implementing HR solutions.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
