about the job.As our Senior HR Officer, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and collaborate closely with managers and teams to support business growth:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations, performance review cycles, and staff engagement initiatives
- Lead recruitment for junior to mid-level roles
- Coordinate training, development, and compliance programs
- Ensure HR practices align with Hong Kong labour laws and internal policies
- Support HR reporting, policy updates, and continuous process improvement
- Act as a trusted go-to person for employee queries and support
skills & experiences required.
- 5–8 years of solid HR experience in generalist or business partner roles
- Strong working knowledge of HK Labour Ordinance
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a people-centric mindset
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer brands is a plus
