About the Company
My client is an E&M consultancy firm based in Hong Kong, specializing in luxury store projects across the APAC region. They are currently in the process of expanding their business in China and are actively seeking talented individuals in the field of E&M to join their China team.

About the Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will evaluate client requirements and the project scope for fit-out projects. This includes conducting site visits and assessments to understand existing MVAC or HVAC systems, infrastructure, and any potential limitations or challenges.

About the Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical/ Building Services or related disciplines
• Experience in consultancy or 设计院, with projects in commercial or office buildings
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese
• Base on Shanghai
