We are currently partnering with Hong Kong's leading retail group in their search for a talented Senior Leasing Officer or Assistant Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established and expanding organization with a significant presence across Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. As they strategically focus on further growth within Hong Kong, they are seeking experienced leasing professionals to play a crucial role in their expansion initiatives.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Leasing, you will be a key member of the team responsible for driving the expansion of our brand network. Your core responsibilities will include:

Proactive Site Identification: Identifying and rigorously evaluating potential new locations within Hong Kong that align with our brand expansion strategy.
Due Diligence and Documentation: Preparing comprehensive documentation related to potential sites, including market research, feasibility studies, and internal presentations.
Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with property developers, landlords, and real estate agencies to secure favorable leasing terms and opportunities.
Lease Negotiation and Administration: Managing the full lifecycle of lease agreements, from initial negotiations and drafting to thorough review and finalization.
Compliance and Portfolio Management: Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant regulations and effectively managing the leasing administration for both new and existing properties within our portfolio.
Requirements

Requirement

Minimum of 4 years of proven working experience in store development within the retail or food & beverage (F&B) sector.
Demonstrated excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for an Assistant Leasing Manager position.
