Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Officer/Officer in Retail Leasing to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the leasing process for retail properties, building strong relationships with tenants, and maximizing occupancy rates.

Responsibilities:

Assisted in managing shopping malls, focusing on new tenancy liaison and renewal negotiations.
Conducted market intelligence, cold calling, and identified potential tenants in Hong Kong.
Coordinated with various departments on tenant fit-outs, refurbishments, and revamping projects.
Responded to daily leasing inquiries and supported new tenancy liaison and renewal negotiations.
Prepared and updated leasing reports, while conducting market research and trend analysis.

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in retail leasing or property management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing software
