We are currently partnering with Hong Kong's leading retail group in their search for a talented Senior Leasing Officer.This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established and expanding organization with a significant presence across Hong Kong, Macau. As they strategically focus on further growth within Hong Kong, they are seeking experienced leasing professionals to play a crucial role in their expansion initiatives.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Leasing, you will be a key member of the team responsible for driving the expansion of our brand network. Your core responsibilities will include:

Strategic Site Acquisition: Proactively identify and rigorously evaluate potential new retail locations within Hong Kong, ensuring alignment with our brand's expansion strategy.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property developers, landlords, and real estate agencies to secure advantageous leasing terms and opportunities.
Lease Management: Oversee the entire lease agreement lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, review, and finalization.
Compliance and Portfolio Administration: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulations and manage the leasing administration for both new and existing properties within our portfolio.
Fit-Out Coordination: Collaborate with the fit-out team to ensure timely and accurate completion of construction and interior build-out for new locations.

Requirement

Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in store development within the retail or food & beverage (F&B) sector.
Demonstrated excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Leasing officer
