review on relevant regulations in regard of the operation of the SFC Type 1, 4 and 9 business
conduct internal legal and compliance training

skills & experiences required.

At least 8PQE from reputable law firm with solid PE/VC transaction experience
Experience from a SFC regulated financial institution and and good compliance knowledge are plus
Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
