About the Job

Lead and oversee the agency operations team to ensure efficient sales support and administrative services for both the Agency and the Distribution Office, while maintaining high standards of quality and fostering effective communication with all stakeholders
Manage and execute projects related to sales support, administration, and office facilities from inception to completion. This includes project planning, obtaining management approvals, stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful and professional delivery
Act as the liaison between sales teams and back-office departments, coordinating and supporting company-wide initiatives and projects
Continuously optimize existing processes and develop new workflows to meet evolving business needs. Drive initiatives to enhance service quality, support levels, and operational efficiency
Oversee departmental budgeting and expenses, ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance with audit, risk management, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Over 7 years of experience within the finance or insurance industry
Strong expertise in sales support, operations, and demonstrated business acumen
Proven leadership experience with a successful track record in team management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
Strong project management capabilities
