About the Company
We are currently representing a renowned international group with strong presence in Hong Kong and APAC. They develop, build and operate various iconic and high-end commercial and hospitality development projects. With headcount expansion, they are now looking for a Senior/ Manager - Construction Audit to join their dynamic team.
About the Role
Reporting to Division Head, as Senior Manager, you are based in Hong Kong and managing regional construction projects to manage audit alignments, ensure effective risk management and ensure projects are complied with internal policies and governances. You will conduct regular QS audits to ensure contracts are complied with effecetive preventive system and corrective measures. You will also be working closely with other internal project team and external consutlancies and contractors to facilitate the entire process.
About the Requirement
- Over 10 years of experiences, with prior track record working in developer/ client side
- MHKIS/ MRICS holder
- Proven record in managing HK and China regional commercial real estate/ hotel/ office projects (New Construction / Asset Enhancement)
- Flexible for Business Travels within the region
- Attention to details with strong analytical skills
- Strong business acument with good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English and Chinese (Mandarin included)
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related field
