Summary:
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Sales and Marketing Senior Manager/Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the residential sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and increase market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing in the residential real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve exceptional results
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales processes
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing decisions
- Manage and optimize sales and marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in residential sales and marketing
