About the Company
Our client is a reputable listed property group with diversified property portfolios across Hong Kong, the Greater China and Overseas market. They develop, own and operate iconic offices, retail and complex. With hiring expansion, they are now inviting the Senior Manager - Portfolio Analysis to join their team to sharpen their business growth in commercial real estate sector.
About the job
Directly reporting to the Department Head, you will be taking lead to drive the mid-large scale commercial complex (retail focus). You will:
- Lead the development and evaluation of retail strategies at both the portfolio and project levels to improve mall performance and drive differentiation in consumer experiences, tenant mix etc.
- Liaise and collaborate with operation teams to create rapport, remain current on market trends, and effectively implement aligned retail strategy
- Engage in and prepare for high-level external and internal meetings, including interactions with global and regional CEOs, board meetings, and industry conferences.
- Drive the preparation of internal discussions with executives before quarterly reviews to enhance review efficacy, taking full ownership of preparatory work/materials with support from team members and cross-functional teams
- Gather market intelligence and conduct data analyses on consumer trends, key accounts, tenant mix, and business performance
- Conduct market research, data analysis and reports compilation
- Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required
- Flexible in travelling between Hong Kong and mainland China
What you'll ideally have
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years experiences in commercial real estate analytic and portfolio strategy management
- Prior experiences in consulting background with retail/ consumer goods/ real estate is a plus
- Strong Data-driven, analytical skills with a prior track record of C-suite level engagement
- Solid sectoral experiences in retail sector in both Hong Kong and China market
- Trilingual in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (speaking and written)
