- Lead HRIS projects from inception, partnering with the HR department to define system requirements.
- Drive end-to-end HR transformation projects, including implementation and maintenance of the system.
- Manage the interconnectedness of HR systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and providing key support for user testing phases.
- Collect requirements and translate business needs into comprehensive project plans
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years experience in IT Business Analysis, System Analysis or Project Management
- Proven expertise in SAP HR modules; SuccessFactors implementation experience is a must
- Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
- Good command in Chinese and English
