about the job.
Develop and implement content marketing strategies for the company’s major social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
Explore and implement innovative creative strategies targeting specific sectors, such as the youth market, community, and the Greater Bay Area.
Ideate, create, and produce engaging digital content, including photography, video, art direction, and copy, across various social channels.
Lead and guide a high-performing team of writers, designers, and videographers, inspiring creativity in photography, video, and graphic design.
Manage social media postings and calendars, staying updated with industry trends; ensure content is optimized and adheres to best practices.
Oversee the creative production process with content agencies and in-house teams, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
Track and monitor KPI performance, focusing on engagement, and transform key data into actionable insights.
Identify and recommend improvements for poorly performing content and social channel engagement.
Collaborate with content partners, stakeholders, and third parties to produce high-quality content.
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in advertising, digital agencies, content creation, publishing, or similar fields.
Experience working in-house with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage creative teams, including videographers, graphic designers, and copywriters.
Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and relatable narratives.
Familiarity with best practices for social media platforms, emerging technologies, and industry trends in video production and storytelling.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written English and Chinese.
