Our client is looking for Senior Officer to join their team.

• Report to the Manager
• Join a sizable team
• Fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Provide editorial and communications support for local and international programs and events
• Execute content strategies across various social media platforms
• Handle English and Chinese editing, proofreading, and translation
• Conduct desktop research and present findings in a coherent format
• Compose professional correspondences in English and Chinese independently
• Manage data systems and maintain comprehensive data storage
• Assist with ad hoc projects and provide general administrative support

• Degree holder in any field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in large corporations
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a multi-tasking environment and detail-oriented
• Proven experience in roles requiring high personal integrity and confidentiality; desktop research or event organization experience preferred
• Effective time management skills and ability to perform well under pressure
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a strong focus on grammar and accuracy in English and Chinese
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Putonghua
• Skilled in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; familiarity with Canva and/or photo/video editing applications is a plus
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or content management systems (e.g., Kentico) is advantageous
