Job Responsibilities:
- Process and manage motor claims promptly and effectively, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, policy terms, and claims procedures.
- Ensure that legitimate claims are evaluated accurately and promptly in line with policy conditions by applying technical expertise.
- Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently
- Handle claims related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties
- Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
- Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in handling motor claims
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims processes.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
