Summary:
Our Client is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Officer/Officer in Retail Leasing to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the leasing process for retail properties, building strong relationships with tenants, and maximizing occupancy rates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing retail leasing strategies to maximize property potential.
- Negotiate lease agreements, terms, and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Manage relationships with current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and facilitating communications.
- Conduct market research to monitor retail trends, competitor activities, and other factors that influence leasing decisions.
- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to enhance the tenant experience and leasing outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful lease transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to foster strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Proficient in leasing software, Microsoft Office Suite, and general real estate tools.
