Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing policy service applications
- Efficiently and effectively in accordance with the requirements of standard procedures
- Support Life Operations projects, including preparing requirements to improve workflow, automation and conduct UAT etc
- Assist line manager to prepare regular reports and communication for internal/ external parties.
Key Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in life Insurance Operations
- Knowledge of life insurance products and solid understanding of insurance operations.
- Excellent time management and people management skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
