As a Senior Operation Manager , you will be responsible for
- Guiding the development and execution of a winning operational strategy that empowers teams across multiple business units and regions.
- Mentoring teams to streamline end-to-end processes, from sales execution and inventory planning to financial operation, ensuring peak performance.
- Designing and coaching teams on standardized sales workflows that boost efficiency and scalability across the group.
- Tracking sales performance metrics, providing actionable feedback, and championing best practices to elevate team results.
- Building and teaching an inventory planning framework that optimizes stock levels across regions, empowering smarter decision-making.
- Evaluating and introducing enterprise-level tools and technologies, coaching teams to leverage them for greater operational success.
- Bridging Operations, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, aligning their goals through strong communication and collaborative leadership.
skills & experiences required.
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 10 years of experience in the food and beverage (F&B) manufacturing industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or higher role.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, primarily to China, Thailand, and Singapore.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
