- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders while monitoring tasks and schedules
- Apply Agile methodology and utilize project management tools for efficiency
- Collaborate with IT to integrate new systems into cloud platforms
- Support POC and deployment of new systems through evaluation and testing
- Develop change management strategies and engage stakeholders for smooth transitions
- Conduct training and communication initiatives to foster understanding of changes
- Streamline processes and implement performance metrics through process mapping and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in data science, data analytics, computer science, business administration, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of applicable experience in project or change management
- Experience in the insurance sector is a plus
- Preferably familiarity with project management tools and cloud platforms
- Strong communication abilities, with fluency in English and Cantonese
