About the Company

Our Client is one of the largest construction companies in China and Hong Kong. Covering a wide spectrum of projects from government, public organization and large scale private corporations. To cope with current business expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Project manager to facilitate their project expansion and business development.

About the Job

As the Project manager of the team, you will be responsible to manage and coordinate manforce across all departments for each project, and provide supervision throughout the projects. Exhibit flexibility by adapting teams and work locations to meet specific project requirements. Oversee all discipline during project execution. Manage tasks related to project promotion and completion, including estimating, design, proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. Review documents during design and bidding phases, ensuring the compilation of addenda. Prepare budget forecasts and control costs within established limits, while maintaining thorough documentation for business and legal purposes. Cultivate positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and industry stakeholders.

About the Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Civil/Structural or Building other related disciplines
15 years’ relevant experience with 5 years’ supervisory and managerial level working experiences is preferred, ideally with working experience in main contractors;
Qualified members of HKIE or equivalent is an added advantage
Strong project management capabilities, including project planning skills.
Business administration expertise, encompassing accounting and financial operations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is required.
Independent, mature, flexible mentality with great interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is essential.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Manager
