The individual will be responsible in end-to-end program management and execution including program analysis to ensure continuous effective program development reaching the many different objectives for the general public. Depending on the project scale and sector focus, the individual will also be engaged with external stakeholders (government bodies, C-levels, executives) to drive program activations.

Assist, plan, devleop and execute progams (in related field) within the public sector
Evaluate programs through reporting and analysis to ensure positive social impact return and to ensure continuous improvements on future & upcomming programs
Communication and engagement with relevant external stakeholders (senior/executives, government bodies, C-levels) on program development and execution to maximize social impact with high relevancy
Research on sector trends and public policies to ensure programs are tailored to achieve public and program objectives and drive strategic impact
Communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and project objective alignments
Manage and execute strategic research and consultancy projects and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder, preferably within the discipline of interest
Minimum 5 years experience preferably within project management in related disciplines eg. healthcare, social impact, elderly care, education (secondary/tertiary programs & scholarship), philanthrophy etc.
Individuals with industry domain knowledge is a bonus
Individuals with academia research experience is a bonus
Individuals with a healthcare professional with practical experience in the Hong Kong market is a bonus
Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
Numerical and analytical
Experience in communicating and collaborating with C-levels and/or senior executives
Strong time management and ability to work under tight timelines
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
Candidates with leess experience will be considered as Assistant Managers/(Senior) Officers
