About the Job
This is an impactful role for you to help build the property management team. You will be the site in-charge of a high end residential estate, starting from pre-management stage to supervising and overseeing the daily operations and administration of the portfolio. You will be managing a team of property management talents in carrying out estate management activities for a smooth and efficient operation.
About the Requirement
- Degree holder in Property Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in property management; candidates with prior experience in pre-management would be highly considered
- PMP Tier 1 is required
- Strong in communications, problem solving and people management skills
- Business proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
