As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality assurance system aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Leading and managing the QA team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure effective execution of quality control processes.
- Establishing and monitoring key quality metrics, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement across the entire production lifecycle.
- Overseeing the implementation of quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process goods, and finished food products.
- Managing supplier audits to ensure compliance, quality and safety standards to be met.
- Providing adequate training to internal staff on essential QA processes and food safety standards.
- Investigating quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints, implementing effective root cause analysis and resolution.
- Collaborating closely with production, R&D, and other departments to integrate quality considerations into all operational aspects.
- Staying abreast of the latest food safety regulations, industry trends, and technological advancements in quality assurance.
- Championing a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

- Bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or any related discipline.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years of progressive experience in quality assurance within the food production industry.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing QA systems and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control methodologies.
- Experience in managing and leading a team of QA professionals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
