about the job.
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for
- Developing and enforcing quality standards for beauty accessories, cosmetics, and lifestyle products across global supply chains
- Conducting detailed inspections and tests on prototypes and final goods to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Collaborating with design and sourcing teams to address quality issues, enhancing product reliability and customer satisfaction
- Analyzing supplier performance data and test results to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Overseeing quality documentation and audits, ensuring adherence to international regulations and company quality protocols
- Leading training for junior staff on quality assurance processes, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in consumer goods or chemical industry
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in quality testing and process improvement methodologies
- Detail-oriented with excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
