- Lead the Software Development team to do application design, development and delivery
- Ensure the works are delivered on schedule and able to achieve business objectives
- Oversee and manage the SDLC and enhance the development experience via guideline
- Manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure technical reliability and scalability.
- Monitor the performance of delivery of internal team and work closely with the different parties to ensure that solutions delivered are high-quality, on schedule and easy-to-support
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related relevant discipline
- 10+ years of relevant working experience in systems design and application development, with a focus on Java and JavaScript technologies; programming languages such as react/ vue.Js/ NodeJs/ Java is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cloud platform such as AWS/ Azure and experience in associated CI/CD tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead a development team while remaining hands-on with coding and technical implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good command in both spoken & written Chinese and English
