- Implement recruitment plans and manage cost control for positions across the group's business lines.
- Source and engage senior talent, developing comprehensive talent maps and talent reserves.
- Drive innovation in recruitment channels, utilizing industry knowledge to explore and implement effective recruitment methods.
- Manage and enhance the talent pool, improve recruitment efficiency, and promote internal referrals.
- Optimize the recruitment process, enhance recruitment efficiency, and facilitate interviewer training.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition within the Hong Kong market (financial and internet industry experience preferred).
- Proven ability to source and recruit mid- to high-level talent, with established channel resources.
- Exceptional management, networking, and negotiation skills, with high emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in talent mapping, job analysis, talent assessment, and interview techniques.
- Passion for recruitment and a drive to achieve breakthrough results.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
