About the company

Our client is a leading provider of secure, scalable, and high-performance data center solutions, offering colocation, cloud, and connectivity services across the globe. To cope with their current business needs, they are now looking for a Technical Services Manager to join and lead the facilities management team.

About the role

As a key team lead of the facilities management team, you will be managing a team of engineering talents to oversee the critical facility operations. You will be responsible for managing and developing the Data Center Critical Environment, ensuring strategic and operational excellence, overseeing service delivery with full compliance to SLAs and KPIs, while being available 24/7 for incident management and resolution. You will also be managing budgeting, staff training, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor degree or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of experiences of facilities management for data centers, with at least 8 years in a supervisory leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
• Good written and verbal English, Chinese and Mandarin
