Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products; experience in the insurance sector is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, design systems, and core design principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a commitment to creating outstanding user experiences.
Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating closely with developers and product managers.
Knowledge of user research and usability testing techniques.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking process and successful project outcomes.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders effectively.
