Work closely with cross-functional teams to transform user requirements into actionable design solutions that achieve targeted outcomes.
Implement design processes that integrate with agile development practices, ensuring a streamlined and iterative approach to design.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and validate design choices, iterating based on user feedback.
Produce detailed design deliverables, including user journey maps, wireframes, flow diagrams, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Deliver visually appealing interfaces that are pixel-perfect and maintain a consistent user experience in line with our brand guidelines.
Partner with developers to ensure the smooth integration of designs into the development workflow, providing guidance and support as necessary.
Collaborate with the design and product teams to establish and uphold a comprehensive Design System.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, integrating new insights into our design strategies.
Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring that the needs of the end-user drive all design decisions.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products; experience in the insurance sector is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, design systems, and core design principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a commitment to creating outstanding user experiences.
Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating closely with developers and product managers.
Knowledge of user research and usability testing techniques.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking process and successful project outcomes.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders effectively.
luent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Eager to stay updated on industry trends, methodologies, and tools.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
