We're collaborating with a financial regulator to find a Technical Manager with skilled in Gen AI. In this role, you will engage in vendor management, prototype development, and work closely with various stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

- Develop prototypes to illustrate business concepts and engage in new project initiatives
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and vendors on system design, implementation, bug resolution, testing, training, and documentation
- Conduct technical assessments and evaluations of new solutions and products
- Perform various system analysis, development, and support tasks for applications and infrastructure
- Define and implement change management and communication strategies
- Offer guidance and support to junior team members and business users
- University Degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in software development, with strong skills in project management and involvement in software development projects
- Hands-on experience with:
- Next.js, React
- Python, Java, or .NET
- Linux, Docker
- PL/SQL, Oracle Database, SQL Server, MongoDB
- Good understanding of Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Familiarity with development environments such as VSCode, Jupyter Notebook, Docker, and Ubuntu Linux
- Experience with graph database modeling and visualization using Neo4j is a plus
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire SDLC from design to deployment
- Strong skills in vendor and stakeholder management, adaptable, and eager to learn and tackle challenges
- Capable of gathering requirements, designing, programming, testing, and implementing with minimal supervision
- Excellent project management, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal
