You're tasked with overseeing the design and implementation of solutions for re-platforming the core banking supervision systems. You'll work closely with stakeholders to assess business needs, create solutions, and ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance.

• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and create solutions that address the needs of the organization and the financial institutions it oversees
• Design and implement architectural solutions that are in line with industry trends, regulations, and best practices for banking supervision
• Lead the re-platforming of the core banking supervision systems, including integration with existing systems and the migration of current data
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance
• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with development teams to guarantee that solutions are correctly implemented and meet all necessary standards
• Stay informed about emerging technologies that may impact banking supervision

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 4 years' working experience in software architecture, preferably focusing on banking-related systems; good understand banking supervision regulations
• Possess in-depth knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint development
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, as well as tools like Java, .NET Core, React, and Kong
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
