My client is a well-established IT service provider seeking a Solution Architect with tech consulting and client-facing experience. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of either at least one of the cloud solutions OR a focus on cybersecurity technologies.

- Design, develop, and implement cloud or cybersecurity solutions in alignment with agreed standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable solutions
- Participate in tech consulting and pre-sales activities, including architectural discussions, presentation preparation, and demonstration materials creation, to identify business process flow opportunities
- Work closely with internal tech teams to lead project implementation and enhancements, including requirements gathering, milestone planning, and configuration
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and evaluate their viability for IT digital implementation to enhance business productivity
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Relevant technical background in either cloud OR cybersecurity roles; with at least 3 years in a solution architecture, pre-sales, technical consulting or a similar role
- Sound knowledge of at least one cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and Alicloud; OR security protocols and solutions such as Checkpoint, Fortinet, and Palo Alto etc.
- Prior experience in advising clients on technical solutions, industry best practices, and crafting technical proposals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both Cantonese and English speaking is a must
- Holding certifications in public cloud technologies or information security is a plus
- Candidates with an engineering background, good communication skills, and an interest in working at a service provider will also be considered
