about the job.The main responsibilities include:
- handling the full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the listed company and private subsidiaries
- drafting the annual/ interim reports, announcements and other corporate governance related reports
- organising board meetings and drafting of minutes
- updating statutory filings
- handling ad hoc duties
skills & experiences required.- 4 to 6 years of company secretarial experience from professional services firm or notable companies
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- student member of HKCGI or higher
- strong command of English and Chinese
