We are currently seeking a talented Leasing Manager to join a leading multinational retail brand. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the growth of a well-established organization with a significant presence across Greater China, as they strategically expand within Hong Kong. Experienced leasing professionals are invited to play a crucial role in their Hong Kong expansion plans.
About the Role
You will be a key member of the team responsible for driving the expansion of our brand network. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Proactive Site Identification & Evaluation: Systematically identify and rigorously assess potential new retail locations within Hong Kong's shopping malls, ensuring they strategically align with our brand's growth objectives.
- Key Stakeholder Engagement (Malls): Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Hong Kong shopping mall developers, landlords, and leasing agents to secure favorable lease terms and prime location opportunities.
- End-to-End Lease Management (Malls): Oversee the complete lease agreement process for our shopping mall locations, from initial negotiation and drafting to thorough review and final execution.
- Compliance & Portfolio Oversight (Malls): Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and manage the leasing administration for both new and existing retail spaces within Hong Kong shopping malls.
Requirement
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in retail or FMCG store development.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Senior Leasing Officer role.
