• Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments to support financial applications and services.
• Monitor system performance, security, and compliance with industry regulations to ensure high availability and data integrity.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy to support user access and security policies.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning, ensuring rapid recovery in case of failures.
• Install, configure, and optimize server hardware and software, ensuring alignment with financial service standards.
• Collaborate with application development and IT teams to integrate systems and enhance operational efficiency.
• Document system configurations, processes, and policies to maintain transparency and compliance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users while maintaining a high level of service.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows Server administration or similar experience, preferably within a financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, etc.) and relevant financial applications.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN) and security best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator, VMware or similar certification.
