About the company

Our client is a global manufacturer supporting process equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. They have a very long standing history in offering high quality machines and services to customers around the globe. To support their ongoing business growth, they are now looking for a high-caliber talent to join their service team and grow together.

About the role

You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of machines that have been sold. You offer off-site corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions to the clients. You have to interact with customers to provide information and procedures to address the inquiries, concerns and requests to their equipment.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical engineering or equivalent
• 3 years or above relevant experience in repairs and maintenance
• Experience in managing customer relationship is a plus
• Able to work independently with the ability to communicate with all levels of people
• Fluent in written and spoken English
