about the job.
As a Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible for

• Overseeing the technical management of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards consistently
• Coordinating and supervising maintenance schedules, repairs, and dry-docking activities to maintain vessel reliability and operational uptime
• Monitoring vessel performance metrics, analyzing data, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Liaising with ship crews, suppliers, and classification societies to ensure seamless execution of technical and operational requirements
• Preparing and managing budgets for vessel maintenance, ensuring cost-effective solutions while upholding quality and safety protocols
• Conducting regular onboard inspections and audits to verify vessel condition, compliance, and crew adherence to management policies

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Superintendent or similar role in maritime operations
• Strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and stakeholder coordination
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
