- Act as a strategic partner to investment and product teams, providing ETF solutions and investment insights.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify and develop new prospective firms and advisors.
- Influence product roadmap and develop messaging that supports the growth of our ETF business.
- Serve as a product expert for ETFs, assisting in sales efforts and client meetings.
- Create thought leadership materials and data to support distribution strategies.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or product experience with a significant focus on ETFs.
- Relevant licensing as required by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ETFs and competitive products.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to build internal partnerships and influence decisions.
