- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement wholesale strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers and wholesale partners to enhance collaboration and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the wholesale sector.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and set performance targets for the wholesale team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products, ensuring effective communication of features and benefits to partners.
- Channel Development: Identify and evaluate new wholesale channels to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop competitive pricing strategies and promotional plans to optimize sales and enhance profitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of wholesale initiatives.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to wholesale partners, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales/wholesale in the consumer goods sector
- Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is required
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
