- Handling incoming customer inquiries via various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Actively listening to customers' questions and concerns related to investment products and providing accurate and helpful information.
- Assisting clients in navigating investment platforms or tools, and guiding them through the investment process.
- Troubleshooting any technical issues or challenges faced by customers while using our investment platforms.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as investment advisors or portfolio managers, to address complex customer inquiries.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining a comprehensive database of frequently asked questions and their solutions.
skills & experiences required.
- Associate Degree / Diploma Holder
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Good to have relevant qualification in HKSI
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Immediately availability is preferred
