- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks for our senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense management.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conduct research and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and special projects, providing valuable insights and contributing to informed decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between the executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external events, including board meetings, conferences, and VIP visits, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to support various initiatives and projects as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, implement efficiency measures, and enhance overall productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and tact.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
