- Assist property managers in coordinating property maintenance and repairs
- Manage and update property-related documentation, including leases, contracts, and permits
- Maintain accurate records of property inspections, incidents, and tenant communications
- Prepare and distribute notices to tenants, such as rent increase or lease renewal letters
- Support property managers in budgeting and financial analysis tasks
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and key management
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for property performance reviews
- Provide general administrative support to the Property Operations department
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and regulations
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
