Devising and implementing innovative marketing and communication strategies and plans, encompassing advertising, segment targeting, and key initiatives, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals and objectives.
Collaborating closely with various business units to analyze target markets, product/service offerings, and identify marketing opportunities.
Working collaboratively with different business units to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, consumer events, and promotional activities that effectively showcase diverse products and services while reinforcing our brand attributes and unique selling points.
Crafting engaging, informative, and audience-centric marketing and communication content/materials, such as brochures, videos, advertising copy, and digital content across diverse online and offline platforms.
Conducting thorough analysis of marketing performance and measuring campaign effectiveness, optimizing return on investment (ROI) for all advertising channels and events.
Monitoring market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to facilitate the development of compelling marketing campaigns and inspire the creation of high-quality creative assets.
Developing and managing the annual marketing budget, ensuring accountability, accurate reporting, monthly forecasting, and expenditure precision.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with strategic partners for potential joint promotion or partnership opportunities.
Keeping abreast of emerging industry trends and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or Languages-related discipline
Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing and/or marketing communications fields, with experience in the digital or technology industry is a plus.
Excellent writing skills, able to write and present press releases, project proposals and other promotional literature in crisp, clear effective English and Chinese.
Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners, including agencies and vendors is an advantage.
Effective team player with good interpersonal skills to build strong collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders.
