Our client is a company that prioritizes diversity and specializes in various industries such as real estate, finance, healthcare, F&B, and more. As our client is expanding their business, they are currently seeking a Hotel General Manager to join their group.
about the job.
As the general manager of a resort, your main role is to oversee the financial and operational aspects of the hotel and resort. This includes creating, executing, and monitoring plans that promote the growth and success of the establishment. You are also responsible for establishing and upholding high standards in order to maintain its luxurious status. In addition, you play a crucial role in managing the hotel staff, providing them with regular guidance and valuable insights. Your leadership is essential in driving departmental strategies and goals to ensure the overall success of the resort.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing various aspects such as health centers, golf courses, restaurants, and resort hotels.
- It is preferable that the candidate has experience in working with international brand sizable luxury hotels and has exposure to overseas working environments.
- Experience in establishing working relationships with senior executives and other leaders of organizations, with at least 3 years in senior management role.
- A thorough and solid knowledge of hotel’s operating policies, standards and daily
- operation is expected.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
